                            TERMS & CONDITIONS

• All orders from the purchaser (hereinafter referred as Customer) are accepted by Karan solutions Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as KSPL) subject to the terms and conditions set out hereinafter.
•  LIABILITY: A. KSPL shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever to the customer or any other person for any loss, injury  or damaged of any kind howsoever caused with reference to our goods. B. We are not responsible for any loss or any damage to goods for whatever reason after goods are handed over to the client / courier / his agent / transporter etc.
• NO SALES RETURN WILL BE ACCEPTED DUE TO ANY REASON.
• THE ABOVE MENTIONED MATERIAL IS BEING SOLD AS INDIVIDUAL SPARE ONLY.
• NO SOFTWARES SERVICES PROVIDED WHETHER PRELOADED OR NOT .
• ANY PERIPHERALS INSTALLATION WOULD BE CHARGED EXTRA.
• Payment: a. Payment due under this order shall be made as per terms mutually agreed upon and indicated in the payment column in this challan / invoice. Any payment remaining outstanding after the date of delivery shall attract interest at the rate of 24% p.a. effective from the date of delivery till actual date of payment. b.We reserve our right to recover the amount in part or full of bill at any time.
• REPOSSESION : a. Goods sold on credit will continue to be property of KSPL until the goods are fully paid for.    b.KSPL shall have the first lien on the equipments supplied hereunder for any unpaid amount,timely payment being the essence of this transaction / contract. KSPL shall have the right to reposes their equipment, in the event of event of the customer not paying full amount by the date agreed upon KSPL’s of its duly authorized representative shall be entitled to enter the customer’s premises and to do such things acts deeds as may be necessary, expedient, usual and proper to reposes the said equipments.
• WARRANTY : a. Carry In back to back warranty on all equipments is as per the manufacturers / authorized service provider / importers / distributors policies and shall be directly provided by them even in case of DEAD ON ARRIVAL
  equipments.                                                                                                                                                                                                   b.It is here by informed that KSPL is a marketing and trading company and is not a manufacturer. c. Warranty is not enforceable in case of physical damage/ burnt goods / all types of adaptors / all types of accessories /plastic parts. d.We d.We stand no liability for warranty related issues.  e. Payment is not to be linked with warranty support / rejection issues.

• ARBITRATION: a. In the event of any dispute or difference arising between the parties pertaining to or arising here under the decision of KSPL management shall be final and binding on the customers.b. All disputes shall be subject to Pune jurisdiction.
• WAIVER : a. KSPL reserves the right to amend, alter, modify all or any of these terms and conditions and / or add to these without prior intimation to the ustomer.                                                                                                                                 b. The customer understand, accept and agree that the warranties in respect of the equipments supplied hereunder, is given by the manufacturers / importers / ASP thereof and KSPL shall not be held liable or responsible in any manner whatsoever in respect thereof.
